also comment on dead body pics

I know this is politically incorrect to say but I think filming the dead is highly recommended in disasters as the best form of awareness teaching toll of why to evacuate. Media being there to film this should not only show those pictures but if they can show the person dying during the storm would have HUGE impacts on future evacuations.
