They will do some on Wednesday too. I'm not sure what decisions lead to having the Air Force go out on particular winter missions. Here is the National Winter Storms Operations Plan which may have some about it:

Here is a list of 2013 non tasked missions where "TrackXX" are probably the winter missions:
