| I agree, i dont think we are safer just because el nino may be coming, i was just saying that storms can rapidly develop closer to the united states coast during el nino years , storms that stay weak in the deep tropics have a much greater chance to make it across the basin, look at andrew which almost fell apart before rapidly developing, that is what concerns me this year |
