a while back I had trouble with NOAA weather sites, after clearing caches & a number of other "fixes", was told it was the fault of our internet provider.  they need to clear something on their server, as a result of website address changes, so it would point to the correct, new website address.  It was really frustrating as it occurred during severe weather here & my complaints fell on deaf ears until I posted it on Comcast's Facebook page
