However, how far they will be from the center and how much weaker it might be at that point, is still uncertain And the other thing, higher elevations would get more wind.
I haven't watched The Weather Channel's coverage of Iselle yet, but I wonder if that Jim is sticking around for Julio. That could still end up being the bigger problem in the end. More uncertainty with Julio at this point, but Iselle is obviously the primary focus given its up first. |
