Hey all!!

This has been one wacky system.  Every time I look at radars, I see different areas of rotations.  As per 8 am TWO, there is a small area of low pressure north if VI.  As per 8 am Atlantic Discussion, "A 1010 MB LOW IS LOCATED 200 NM MILES EAST OF PUERTO RICO NEAR
18N62W...MOVING W AT 15-20 KT."  Radar shows something south of St. Croix, and also something very close to St. Croix, at least in my eyes (with a not 20/20 vision).  Regardless, I expect that today our basins be filled.  Adding to what rains Bertha (which I think was an open Tropical Wave when it was close to Puerto Rico), this system may keep us out of an historical drought.  Last big drought for us was in 1994, and there were talks that we would be on the same situation!

Best Regards to all.
