I don't really good sites with the Euro ensemble for storms that have yet to develop. (free ones)

The only thing I could come up with was this one:

The "ecmwf-ensmean" on that page is an average of all the different ensemble members. Combined with a bit of low pressure shown on that and what the GFS had been showing, that might be why they mentioned something.
