There have been a lot of stories this year that have been huge. Then they simply went away. That happens sometimes, but I've really noticed it this year.

In some odd weather news, Rapid City, SD had a little bit of snow about two weeks ago, their earliest in recorded history. They might hit 90 in the next couple days.  Not necessarily climate change related, but interesting. (I actually found that out on TWC when I tuned in and found weather.)

As for climate change, I won't link to it since it definitely has some politics in it, and colorful language, but the 10 minute segment from Jon Stewart last night was hilarious. It's on YouTube.
