Is being said about Gonzalo getting to Cat 4
-- And while predicted to slow before-- Bermuda--
it certainly increases the risk!
4 to 3 vs 3 to 2-- BIG difference.
And they already have
a lot of rain and wind from Fay-- so more wind-- definitely not good!!
