Well I don't see the merit in high fiving him dead ...until he is dead.
Too often a storm, wave, low is dismissed and comes back.
I can see the NHC logic. I just can also see Danny fighting.
Storms that are fighers worry me.
A lesser storm would have died before ever becomming a major.
