I forgot to add the part about how it was a 40 knot, 1003mb pressure low at 2pm EDT today.
Also, I didn't read the 8pm outlook carefully, they say why no upgrade so far:
"satellite wind data today suggest
that the system has not yet developed a fully closed surface
circulation"
The ASCAT wind Cypress posted does kind of show the SW side of the center being not as well defined, but I believe that is a result of it moving so fast. I think it is still defined well enough in my opinion though. We'll see if they wait longer. |
