I remember the last-minute panic that hits stores, etc here, even 70 miles from the coast & will never forget the girl freaking out about not being able to purchase bottled water for her ag-project chickens when the shelves were emptied already (real story). So important to plan in advance, just because most people don't & then you can get caught up in their chaos...
