| Looking at Erika you would think it is stronger then 45mph, but the low level center is still exposed not letting the convection wrap around the center, until it does that it will not intensify much at all, this is a tough storm to follow, NHC has a tough one on this storm as it could very well dissapates by hispaniola or strengthen in bahamas if it can make it there |
