It's redeveloping convection near the center right now and it will be clearing Hispaniola soon. (though likely going to be disrupted for a bit longer on the back side) As for shear and dry air, I don't know how it will be impacted going forward. Next up is Cuba. Will it pass over more of Cuba or less? That's the next big question too.

Florida and westward need to be watching. Not that the SE should go away for a week, all models are in Florida or west as of 2pm runs. Some take it back out into the Atlantic slightly, so everyone needs to watch of course. But being west, and if the shear was from the same direction too, Florida would get a lot of moisture if it paralleled the west coast of the state for example. I don't know about other areas, but some parts of our area were still under some water as of a few days ago when they were doing some local news reports. Very localized what water is remaining. I don't know how saturated the area is in regards to being able to take more rain.
