So that makes for an awkward cone. Saved image of the cone:

Since track updates come out every 6 hours in a complete advisory, and intermediate advisories only contain position updates, it makes for a funny cone that will look correct at 11am. Or the hurricane hunters may find it is no more and there will be no cone. Or maybe the center will appear somewhere else later.

I kind of thought it might be near Guantanamo Bay on visible satellite, but the radar doesn't show anything spinning toward the east.
