Do you mean the map? And what browser are you using? Do you mean buttons are missing to zoom? You can't use the zoom control on your mouse? I have not had any trouble with any of that in Windows 10. I just tried zooming in and out with the map and also tried zooming in and out on the entire page using built in zoom controls and then also trying the map. I tried in Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Edge and it worked. I might be running a newer browser version than you, but I didn't seem to have any trouble with HC several months ago when I tested it.

I use a beta version of Chrome and Edge too as I run a beta version of Windows. Actually Internet Explorer and Edge were not working properly when I tested things just now. I had to kind of reinstall Edge and Internet Explorer will not let me view any menus. But I don't use Microsoft's browsers except for testing and the front page still worked fine in both.

Windows 10 is pretty good, but I often see the bad because I use the latest builds of Windows before they go out to the general public.
