| GFDL has Sandra as a major hurricane near landfall, and HWRF has her as a hurricane at landfall. There seems to be a lot of dry air to the northwest of the center. Sandra's eye is closed now. I don't know if Sandra's eye will be replaced by a larger eye. But, if so, she could shift direction a bit, IMHO.      |
