Hoping this blob stays just offshore before weakening Wednesday as models are forecasting because the Big Bend part of the state sure seems to have seen enough of these events in recent years, torrential rains that leave them riding boats through inundated neighborhoods. So many weaker systems seem to hover over or just west of Big Bend. It has gotten a little curious, honestly.
