Things may get complicated off the S.E. coast of the U.S. around the weekend. I don't know if it will be cleared up better in a day or two either. From nothing to something and back and forth, the models are unclear.

99L HWRF:

But for the same run (18Z Monday), the GFS has nothing:

Things get complex enough with one storm, but with whatever becomes of 99L and with whatever becomes of Fiona perhaps interacting, it seems very complicated.

Now is a good reminder for people to be prepared, just in case. If you didn't do anything before the season, now's your chance.
