| All depends. RECON is finding some very strong S/SE winds along the wave axis. Strong, as in if the storm became classified, it could jump right to a ~50kt TS. If it can manage to retain its strength and build some convection into an area of lower shear, it still has a shot. It has a lot of work to do though. |
