Bands going through. Power outages for SE VA and NE NC now up to 36,000. (In the time it has taken me to write this post, it is now up to 43,541!)  Every band that goes through adds more. So far here in Portsmouth (across river from Norfolk)  have had 4in rain. Highest gust 23mph but we are about 20mi inland. Flooding is already an issue and we are still about 4 hrs until high tide.
