I think the system wsw of the one coming off Africa is quite interesting. The low latitude has precedent in Ivan, which if I am recalling correctly marked the lowest latitude at which a storm formed in recorded Atlantic basin tropical weather history. I also am interested in the abundance of surface lows around the basin, most interestingly one well NE of the former (and still kicking) 92L that seems to be gaining mote convection. If that continues it should get NHC's attention.
