No no, I didn't mean it that way...I was meaning a way to take the water and move it to the West.....through a piping system or something, that way they have water and can get out of the drought conditions they are in.
I am a complete weather geek and ppl at work always ask me about the weather so I like following systems that develop during hurricane season, it's quite exciting, however, I'm not wishcasting anything on anyone....just the NOAA experts expected La Nina to kick in and changed their forecasts for the hurricane season to be more active and that has not occurred yet and as Jim has said Cape Verde systems are being squashed. |
