I was trying to remember what was the system that caused much flooding here back in October 2000. It was known as the no-name storm down here. By chance I came across that graphic that showed that storm that originated over Central Florida. This was the same system that caused flooding down here that would later become Leslie. I knew it wouldn't meet the qualifications that Julia met but still thought it was interesting that the graphic showed it originating over Florida.
