.SYNOPSIS...A WEAK TROPICAL WAVE IN THE EASTERN CARIBBEAN WILL
BECOME DIFFUSE W OF 75W BY WED. A LOW CENTERED NEAR 09N47W IS
EXPECTED TO INTENSIFY THROUGH FRI...AND IS LIKELY TO BECOME A
TROPICAL CYCLONE BEFORE REACHING THE LESSER ANTILLES. CONDITIONS
WILL DETERIORATE OVER THE EASTERN CARIBBEAN THU AND FRI AS THE
LOW MOVES WESTWARD ACROSS THE REGION.





it will be interesting to see OPC's 96-hr Atlantic Forecast images, once they are updated
