I'm not sure what that part is.
The lowest pressure is in the eye though. Once you start moving away from the eye it quickly rises. Less than 60 miles from the center of the eye, the surface pressure goes from about 943mb (945 just measured with 20 knots of surface wind) to 1000mb (extrapolation estimate from plane). |
