Beachlover.....Yes many people are already nervous in our area....including myself.
Horry and Georgetown counties Emergency Operations (Georgetown Co. is South of Horry Co.) switched to Operating Condition Level 4 at 8 am today in preparation for Hurricane Matthew.
As the week progresses the preparations will continue as tensions rise with the approach of Matthew.
