| what would happen if these two systems collide with each other or decide to go dancing with each other? I've seen on the model page with the new invest that it is trending West...could this spell bad for the eastern seaboard? I'm looking at the 250-850mb steering layer and it seems to be following this track....  There's a lot of sheer ahead of Matthew to push through and I can see why the NHC weakens Matthew after Cuba.  |
