Highest flight level winds found to date in storm

Though surface winds are still lower than when it was a category five.

SE Quadrant:

Lowest Extrapolated Sfc. Pressure: 934.4 mb (27.60 inHg)
Flight Level Wind (30 sec. Avg.): 140 knots (161.1 mph)
Peak (10 sec. Avg.) Flight Level Wind: 142 knots (163.4 mph)
SFMR Peak (10s Avg.) Sfc. Wind: 105 knots (120.8 mph)

Next to that SFMR reading was 108 knots (124.3 mph), marked as suspect, though the 30s flight level was 135 knots and 10s flight llevel 140 knots at that time.
