I agree completely. Looking much healthier in recent frames of the loop. We easily could have a Cat 4 emerge again over night. I think the intensity forecast right now is conservative. We have 86-degree waters, light to moderate shear, and a storm that already has demonstrated a capacity to go Cat 5. Not a good situation.
