Winds will continue to gradually increase as the pressure gradient
tightens between Hurricane Matthew and a ridge of high pressure
over the Mid Atlantic States. Advisory conditions will begin this

approach tropical storm force at times on Friday across the
coastal waters in Apalachee Bay depending on the exact track of
Hurricane Matthew."
