Nicole is about to become a Cane

| Nicole looks impressive on the visible and rainbow imagery, I would say it's about to become a hurricane any time now. I am not so sure about the NHC which has it moving nowhere and staying a tropical storm. I had several days ago thought that there was a possibility of Mattew hitting NC and allowing Nicole to shoot the pocket and head there as a weak storm as well, but now Mattew is doing a loop de loop in the forecast so not sure where Nicole will go. |
