NHC site still down for some

It might be a DNS issue right now. That takes time to propagate. Some people can access it, others can't. I can't at the moment.
Earlier I couldn't access the floater imagery. Then I could. Now I just tried and can't again, so I don't know what the problem might be.

They thought they fixed it earlier.
If it was a DNS issue, it might be fixed and propagating, but then I don't know why I would gain access to the floater and then lose it again.
I have not been able to get onto the NHC site even when I could access the floater page. |
