now, if WPC's precip graphic could be added to the background... it might help portray that you could be hundreds of miles away from the cone & get more effects than someone in it

on the future wishlist... a virtual-3D-surge graphic overlay would be cool, but, hey... 1 thing at a time... improvements this year do rock
