| Winds from Tropical Storm Cindy have arrived The winds from Tropical Storm Cindy have arrived in Louisiana - according to the latest NHC graphic [1] and according to buoy data in the area [2]. New Orleans and Lake Pontchartrain are now under a Tropical Storm Warning according to NHC Advisory Number 6 [3].
