While flight level winds are not higher, surface winds are slightly higher in the first pass.

30s flight level: 95 knots (109.3 mph) ... a previous mission was: 98 knots (112.8 mph)
10s flight level: 96 knots (110.5 mph) ... a previous mission was: 103 knots (118.5 mph)
10s estimated surface: 95 knots (109.3 mph) ... a previous mission was: 89 knots (102.4 mph)

Pressure is down however.

Previous missions had:

1:04am CDT: 967mb with 7 knots of surface wind
12:04am CDT: 968mb with 11 knots of surface wind
11:19pm CDT: 967mb with 4 knots of surface wind
11:48pm CDT: 967mb with 16 knots of surface wind
