Water will be released from 2 dams in Houston
There are some very interesting developments happening in Houston. There are 2 dams. They are going to release water out of the dams to prevent them from breaking. It will cause hundreds of homes to be completely flooded, but it's better than the dams breaking. They have never done this before - that is to release water while it is flooding.
