Possible Cat 3 for Puerto Rico?

Puerto Rico has not been hit by a Cat 3 in a very long time.

Last hit by a CV hurricane was 1998 - Georges, 115 MPH, making the current gap the second longest.

According to Jim's http://hurricanecity.com/city/sanjuan.htm , average MPHs is 114.

Maybe Irma breaks the gap?
