Agree. That's the last thing you want to see. I'd be willing to bet that the dramatic shifts are over. I think you're going to get something probably in between the Euro and GFS right now. We're 48 hours out now from the turn and these models are pretty good in that window. I don't think they're going to miss a turn by that much.

I still think the type of turn it makes is up in the air, though, and it's really important. Is it going to be more of a sharp N-NNE one by Cuba like the GFS does or more of a N to NNW curve to it like the Euro wants to do. A more NNW curve puts the cental west coast in a lot more danger whereas NNE the east coast. Due north and the whole state gets whacked badly.

Of course, I could be wrong. The 0z Euro will be huge. If it goes even more west, then I think you're going to start to see real concern in areas like Fort Myers, Sarasota and Clearwater. But if it nudges back East ever so slightly, which I would be willing to bet it does, then I think that's what the track will end up being.
