If this plays out this will not be good for the western coast of Florida. Not just the wind and water but everyone will be worrying if they will get the eye wall if it makes a sudden turn NE like Charlie did.
All three sides of Tampa bay is likely to get whacked with water. The northern and western side as it gets even with and passes it. Not a good scenario for them.
One other thing; it shows it as a pretty strong storm even into Southern and SW Georgia and there are a lot of evacuees from SE Florida staying in hotels in that area. |
