| Stedwoo when it comes to highway evacuation TX is better imho. Let's say they have a six lane highway, three lanes both ways, there is a forth outer lane for EMS only to drive on. When there is a hurricane TX will open the forth lane for evacuation. I understand they also will open up lanes in the opposite direction if it is necessary for evacuation. Personally I would like to see FL & TX join forces an educate each other. Imagine the things they could come up with. I am sure cypresstx would be able to verify what I have just stated and have other input. |
