People are complaining because of the shift from East Coast to West Coast, but this isn't like the state of Louisiana where the difference between the two coasts are some 400 miles. You're talking 100 miles maybe. That's nothing in a forecast shift over a period of 3 or 4 days. Hell, look at the forecast models with Katrina and even Ivan and compare that to this one. This one is great compared to that. Katrina exited Florida and was forecast to hit the central Fla. panhandle. I believe Rita also shifted a lot.
