You really need to stop speaking in exact statements. What you are saying is very irresponsible. "Barely Cat 3" ............. you are diminishing what doesn't need to be diminished. This is a dangerous storm at any speed.
Have you even ever been in direct Cat 3 winds? I have. There's nothing barely about them. |
