Question about my daughter and family

Now that the forecast has changed, my daughter and son in law are in Tallehassee. At one point we had planned to evacuate there. Now with the hurricane forcastted ti hit there as a Cat 2, if they left this am, would you recommed them come east to my home in the Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island area. Any thoughts on this would be most welcomed.
