NWS put everybody in northeast fl under a hurricane warning but no sustained hurricane force winds are expected based on the track. Irma was suppose to be just on the coast swinging northwest over tampa and then big bend area. It makes a big deal to local forecasts when it is off track like that. Goes to show how hard it is to nail track even at landfall
