Current forecast is 140mph at the forecast point along the NW coast of Puerto Rico. If it were that strong then, it could be stronger at landfall in Puerto Rico, though the NHC doesn't specifically mention that. Of course intensity forecasts are not as good as track forecasts, so it could potentially be stronger. This is a dangerous situation for Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and potentially other areas. Preparation should be well underway in Puerto Rico despite there not yet being a watch. ("Hurricane watches have been issued for the U.S. and British Virgin Islands and could be extended to Puerto Rico early Monday.")
