12:50am EDT sonde had momentary winds of 121 knots (139 mph) 2 millibars above the surface:

12:44am EDT sonde in eye had pressure of 952mb, 9 knots of surface wind.

This storm needs to be watched carefully. Some models are shifting closer to the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
