Re: Equifax data breach - Off Topic

I went to the link Equifax sent me to identity and activate my TrustedID Premier account, but after entering my birthdate as requested, the website told me that my account had already been activated. I was then told that I could login to my account by entering my e-mail address and password.  Except I have no password since I never actually activated it. I called the support number on the TrustedID Premier login page.  After being on hold for about 15 minutes, I finally reached an attendant who told me I had called the wrong support number, even though it was the one given on he web page.  TrustedID Premier has its own support number which wasn't on the website.  She gave me the number, but all I've been able to get is a busy signal.

Also, when I went to annualcreditreport.com to get my free credit reports, Only Experian and Transunion were able to give me my reports online.  Equifax said they were unable to give me my report. I would have to make a request in writing, with two pieces of identification, via U.S. mail.
