Flight level winds are increaing in NOAA mission. In the SE quadrant...

Flight Level Wind (30 sec. Avg.): 72 knots (82.9 mph)
Peak (10 sec. Avg.) Flight Level Wind: 75 knots (86.3 mph)

Four SFMR estimated Peak (10s Avg.) Surface Wind readings in a row of: 55 knots (63.3 mph)

It won't be too long before it's a hurricane at the surface.
