To add insult to injury....the USN Hospital ship 'Comfort' not being used to the maximum.

The US Virgin Islands no power.....Puerto Rico little power....the lack of fresh water supplies......a first class US Naval Hospital ship sitting and under utilized because of excessive red tape.....the death toll keeps rising.....how much worse will this situation get?????
Hurricane season still has a month to go......then in another 6 months.....another hurricane season begins. |
